Impaction of the lower second molars is quite rare ranging from 0 to 2.3% population and represents 0.03 0.04% overall dental impactions. This article aims present illustrate simple orthodontic management approaches impaction in synergy with Regional Acceleratory Phenomenon along an overview main therapeutic options, their indications, drawbacks.
